Paint, sip, and listen to the sounds that made jazz what it is today. In the last century, jazz has evolved with every generation.
We’re highlighting the black jazz musicians from the Mississippi, New Orleans and Chicago jazz scenes and the impact they had on jazz. As inspiration for your painting we’ll have works from iconic Harlem Renaissance artists like Beauford Delany and Archibald Motley.
Mostly, we want you to paint wherever the music takes you. Registration required.
